Privacy notice

This notice describes how Real Growth Collective’s website collects and uses information.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through contact forms (name, email, phone, license state).
• Referral attribution: the sponsor identifier from a link you clicked, stored in first-party browser storage for approximately 30 days.
• Campaign attribution: the marketing parameters present on the link you arrived through (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid), retained as first-touch and last-touch values so we know which page and campaign a conversation started from.
• Basic usage information such as pages viewed and CTA clicks, used to improve the site.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and connect you with the RGC sponsor who invited you.
• To improve our content and understand which resources are useful.

Third parties

Applications to Real Broker are completed on Real’s own systems. Real’s privacy policy applies to information submitted there. Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar and direct messages by Instagram; those providers’ policies apply when you use those links.

Analytics and consent

Measurement and advertising storage are denied by default. If you allow measurement, we record anonymous interaction counts (for example, that a contact link was used) with a random event identifier, the page route and a placement label. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain denied regardless of your choice. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or message content to analytics.
