01 — What RGC is
The organization and its boundaries.
Real Growth Collective is a standalone real-estate business-model education and expansion platform founded in Pasadena. It is not a brokerage or coaching program. RGC helps agents, team leaders and brokerage owners understand what their current structure is building for them, and what the alternatives actually cost.
No. Brokerage services are provided by Real Broker, LLC through its properly identified state entities. Real is the enabling brokerage platform; RGC provides education, resources and structural translation only.
Craft & Bauer is one optional team-supported path RGC can introduce you to — nothing more. RGC is independent of Craft & Bauer and of Real Broker, is not an official program of either, and implies no endorsement.
02 — Sponsorship and moving
How attribution and transition actually work.
When you visit RGC through a sponsor's link, that sponsor is credited as your point of contact and, if you join Real, your Real sponsor. If you arrived without a sponsor, you'll get a neutral RGC experience and can choose when — and with whom — to join.
Start with the state-specific Field Guide (California is live). Your sponsor is available for one-on-one help through license transfer, MLS/association changes, and reZEN setup.
03 — Economics and obligations
Program terms, results and your existing agreements.
Real Broker offers a revenue share program for agents whose sponsored network produces revenue for Real. Program rules, eligibility, fees and ownership details are set by Real, can change, and are governed by Real's current official materials — review them privately before making a decision.
There is no guarantee of income, production, or referral results. Compensation depends on your effort, market, and Real's current policies. RGC's job is to give you better systems, coaching, and community — the work is still yours.
In most cases, yes. Team structures, referral obligations, and client hand-offs vary by contract and jurisdiction. Review your current agreements and consult your own advisors before transitioning.
