About

Real Growth Collective.

Building a generation of agents who own more than their sales.

01 — Scope

What RGC is.

RGC is a standalone platform for Real network expansion and business-model education. It is not a brokerage, not a coaching program, not a Real corporate program, and not a team recruiting page. When RGC introduces you to a team environment, it is because you selected that path.

The work is translation. Most agents have never been shown, in plain language, what their business is actually accumulating — or failing to accumulate. RGC walks through the structure, points at the parts that compound and the parts that reset, and lets people draw their own conclusion.

What RGC is for

02 — Who it serves

Agents, builders, team leaders and owners.

Three distinct paths, one universal standard.

RGC works with people who are kind, driven and coachable. That is the only universal filter; everything else depends on which path fits your business.

03 — Footprint

Where it starts.

RGC's founding market circle is being built locally, in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley — from La Cañada Flintridge through Monrovia, and south through Alhambra and Monterey Park. Builders and enterprise organizations anywhere in the United States and Canada are welcome. The local circle exists so founding members can meet in person; the model is not geographically limited.

Program details are governed by current official Real materials. Real Growth Collective is independently led and is not an official program of The Real Brokerage, Inc. Real program terms and eligibility are governed by current official materials.

04 — Operator credentials

Who runs RGC.

Stated plainly, without earnings claims or production numbers.

Grant Law is an operator, owner, pioneer, sponsor and business-model translator. He is not a coach selling a program — he runs a real estate business, holds ownership inside the Real ecosystem, and helps agents understand what their current business is actually building for them.

  1. Active, producing agent — not a full-time recruiter.

  2. Owner and operator inside the Real ecosystem, with a working stake in the outcomes he describes.

  3. Sponsors agents who apply through his own official link, with the responsibilities that role carries — other RGC members sponsor their own.

  4. Craft & Bauer agent — one concrete example that he operates inside a real team environment, not a slide deck.
