BUILD · Independent Real builder
Keep your brand. Build the organization.
Revenue share is not magic. It is distribution attached to trust—and a system other people can repeat.

01 — Who this is for
You already have a brand. The question is what it is building.
This path is for established agents, influential producers, recruiters and future attraction leaders who are not looking for a team to join. You already have a brand, a reputation and a book of relationships. The question is whether the business you run is also building something that outlasts your personal production.
Revenue share belongs inside that conversation, not in front of it. It is one mechanism for retained economics — and it only works when there is genuine trust and a system other people can repeat. RGC does not publish program numbers, tiers or qualification terms; those change and are governed by current official Real materials.
No earnings forecasts appear anywhere on this site. If someone shows you one, ask what they are assuming.

02 — From production to organization
What we work through.
The arc is the same for everyone who builds: personal production first, then a small number of people who trust how you operate, then a structure that keeps functioning when your attention is elsewhere.
These are the eight things we actually talk about — none of them are numbers.

Attraction vs. recruitment
Recruitment is persuasion aimed at a number. Attraction is what happens when people already believe you and want to be near how you operate. Only one of them survives contact with a bad month.
Sponsor responsibilities
Being someone's sponsor is a real obligation: availability, onboarding, honest answers, and staying reachable after the paperwork clears. If a sponsor cannot describe what they owe you, that is the answer.
Builder support
What you actually give people: a first-90-days path, a place to ask questions without embarrassment, and introductions to operators who solve problems you have not hit yet.
Duplication
A thing duplicates when someone can repeat it without you in the room. Charisma does not duplicate. A written process, a repeatable conversation and a clear standard do.
Depth
Depth is what separates a handful of personally sponsored agents from an organization. It comes from the people you support becoming people who support others — which you cannot force.
Onboarding and activation
Most organizations lose people in the first sixty days, not the first year. Activation is a design problem: what happens on day one, day seven and day thirty.
Retained economics and ownership
The point of building is that some portion of the value stays with you and that you hold something durable — not that any particular number gets hit.
Personally sponsored agents vs. an organization
Sponsoring people is an activity. An organization is a structure that continues to function, support and grow when your personal attention is elsewhere. Confusing the two is the most common builder mistake.
Next step
Take the builder path.
Start the builder conversation. The Real Network Expansion Map and a scheduled Builder Conversation are optional next steps, not the entry point.

05 — Operator brief
Tell us what you’re building.
Short, specific answers are better than long ones. Nothing here is an application.

Separate official step
When and only when you have decided, joining Real is a separate application. Joining Real is a separate application handled by The Real Brokerage. The RGC member you choose to join through is listed as your sponsor. It is not part of the RGC conversation above.
Real Growth Collective is independently led and is not an official program of The Real Brokerage, Inc. Real program terms and eligibility are governed by current official materials.
